The company uses this money to pay for any unexpected charges such as damages to the car and parking tickets. The security deposit amount is 3,000 THB/100 USD. When the customer returns the car without any problems, the deposit is released.

Booking deposit is required when the customers reserve the rental car in advance. The booking deposit amount is 10% of the total rental charge and the customers are required to pay the ounstanding rental amount when taking the car. The booking deposit is non-refundable.

Q: What about petrol? How do you calculate?

A: You have to return the vehicle with the same level of petrol as the car delivered. Otherwise, you will be charged at the market price in case the level of petrol is lower than the first hiring date. If the level of petrol is more than the first hiring date petrol level, there will be no refund.

Q - How are rates calculated?

A - The rates are based on a 24 hour rental day starting with the hour you pick up the vehicle.

Any extra hours will be charged at 1/5 of normal daily rate Baht per hour. Therefore, over 6 hours exceeding time will be calculated as 1 day rental and 3 hours as half day rental.

Q: Will I be charged if I bring the vehicle back after the return time on the rental agreement?

A : Yes, you will be charged 200 Baht for each additonal hour or part of an hour in excess of the time.

Q: In case that I have to return the vehicle before the return time on the rental agreement, will I have to pay in full amount as the agreement ?

A: No, in case that you rent the vehicle for promotion rate, weekly rate or monthly rate, if you return the vehicle more than 24 hours prior to the return date and time on the rental agreement, you will be charged for actual use at normal daily rate instead (publish rate on our website) .

If the rental agreement is already based on daily rate, you will be charged for the 'early-return' fee of 500 baht per day.

Q - How can I ensure I receive the best rate available?

A - We guarantees that you will get our best rate online. You can book directly from our home page.While it may cost less to rent a smaller car, be sure to rent a car adequate for your space and luggage requirements.Keep in mind, just like airlines, availability at promotional rates may be limited, so the sooner you call, the better your chances of receiving one of these rates.

Q - What happens if the car is damaged, stolen, or in an accident?

A - If the car is stolen or has been involved in an accident, first call the local police or appropriate law enforcement agency. Next, call the nearest office of the rental car company, give us your rental agreement or confirmation number and explain what has happened.

Accidents and vehicle theft aren't something we like to think about, especially on a trip, but they can happen even to the most careful driver. Optional waivers (as outlined above) can be purchased to reduce or eliminate your financial exposure which could include the full value of the vehicle and lost rental revenue during its replacement period.

Be careful not to violate your car rental agreement by driving while intoxicated or under the influence of a controlled substance, allowing an unauthorized personal to drive the vehicle, leaving the windows, doors or trunk unlocked, or leaving the keys in the ignition when parked. If the agreement if violated, it makes the waiver void. Be sure to familiarize yourself with all of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.

Remember that, as the renter, you are liable for all parking and moving traffic violations, so please drive safely and observe all ordinances.

Q - Should I bring a child seat with me or will the rental location furnish one?

A - The decision is yours. You can save time by placing a request for your child seat when you make an advance reservation.

Q -If I would like to cancel my car rental booking, can I get my deposit back?

A - Please be informed that the booking deposit is non-refundable. You can cancel your car booking minimum 1 day in advance.

You can keep your deposit for your next car rental booking within 2 months. (Please check the car's availability with our company first)

Q - What kinds of safety issues should I consider?

A - Safety on the road, particularly in a city other than where you call home, is important. If you are new to the city, we will be happy to assist you and provide directions or maps of the area.
Traveling in a new city or area can sometimes create anxiety because of the unfamiliarity with the locale. Before leaving the rental center, be sure you know the route to your destination. If you must ask directions, ask a police officer or find a well-lighted public place.
Do not stop on the roadway or shoulder and do not get out of your car, if any of the following situations occur:

  • Your vehicle is bumped from behind;
  • Another motorist advises you of problems with your vehicle;
  • Your car is malfunctioning, or someone on the roadside needs assistance.
  • If any of these situations occur, drive to the nearest well-lighted public place to notify the proper authorities and to request assistance. In most areas, dial 191 for the police.
  • Keep doors and windows locked and keep your valuables locked in the trunk or glove compartment.
  • Do not carry large amounts of cash. Do not pick up hitchhikers.
  • Always park in well-lighted areas. If stopping to buy gas, use a pay phone or use an automatic teller machine (ATM), choose well-lighted, busy locations.
  • Never leave your car unattended with the engine running.
  • When walking toward a parked car, be aware of your surroundings and check the interior of the vehicle before unlocking doors. Have your keys in hand and ready when approaching your vehicle.
  • Don't be your own worst enemy... buckle up!

Q - Can i take pets inside the rental car?/ Can i smoke in the rental car?
